Over the years at SS Solutions, we have worked with a tremendous number of clients, and have undertaken many projects. With project sizes ranging from personal use, to corporate, to enterprise, we have left no rock unturned. This has allowed us to gain vast amounts of experience in projects of all sorts and sizes, and also has allowed us to become very well intuned to customer needs.
After being in business for over 17 years, we have come to a realisation, that is not easy to do for many in the information technology field. The secret to success is listening. If you are able to carefully listen, understand, and relay your clients needs and concerns, you will be able to better address them. Whether your client is a single end user, or a large organization, making sure that you fully understand what it is that they want, and how exactly they want it, will allow you to make a lasting impact.
This, however, does not mean that you shouldn't recommend better solutions to your customer, once you have a full grasp of their needs. Often, time is wasted because of miscommunication. This can be avoided by reiterating your customers concerns, and when you provide a different solution than the one they see fit, relay to them exactly how it addresses their needs. We have become experts at doing this, and we are confident that when we undertake projects together, this attitude will produce.
